Construction Completed!

Williams sent a Construction Completion Notification to homeowners on July 6th (a copy of which can be downloaded below). Please take the time to review and understand the letter, addressing any questions or concerns to either Clay Gustaves or Rod Gregory (Williams Land Representatives). Prior to replacing fences and landscaping you will need to arrange for a final walkthrough and to sign release documents. Please keep in mind the following:

Discuss any planned encroachments on Williams' easement (vegetation, buildings, structures, sheds, fences, decks, patios, swimming pools, etc.) with land representative Clay Gustaves as an encroachment agreement / permit may be required.
Call the state One-Call service at 800-424-5555 at least 48 hours prior to digging to have utilities located.
